Start by reading the wording on the packet. Open the packet. Inhale the aroma, let it sweep over you. Notice how you feel.

Break off a piece of chocolate and look at it. Really let your eyes drink in what it looks like.

Place the square of chocolate on your tongue and let it melt.

See if you can notice the flavours as they release and revel themselves at different times.

As the chocolate melts, let it trickle down your throat.
