For those who us follow on Facebook will have seen, I was fortunate enough to return as a guest therapist to the idylic Pangkor Laut Resort in Malaysia, which is still naturally beautiful and breathtaking as ever.
The island's alive with the all the sights and sounds of a rainforest including amazing sunrises, tropical birds and animals including monkeys. Morning yoga and the fantastic selection of freshly prepared food was a great tonic - if only it was a bit closer!
Was a great opportunity to experience some of their amazing bath house rituals and visit my JustBe tree that I planted on my 1st trip a couple of years ago.
Since my return, I've enjoyed attending the Mhor4 Festival at Balquihidder, and doing tea and chocolate tastings at Margiotta's, Edinburgh and 181 Deli in Bruntsfield.
